MAISHOP'S TERMS OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

ONLINE STORE

MaiShop online store products are sold by Maimedia, business ID 2568059-1 . We sell products to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Please note that our poster sizes 30x40 cm, 50x70 cm and 70x100 cm have slightly different dimensions, therefore the dimensions of the poster image you order may differ slightly from the product image in our online store, which corresponds to the dimensions 70 x 100. It is also good to note that colors often appear brighter on electronic devices than in the printed products themselves.

ORDERING

Products are ordered in the online store at maishop.fi by placing them in the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart at the online store checkout. You can also add a message to the order processor.

All orders are confirmed by email, which includes the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing your order.

All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will send you an order confirmation by email, where you will see:

  • the content of the order
  • payment method
  • the total amount of the invoice
  • your own information

    DELIVERY TIME

    We process orders in the order they are received. We mail products to Posti parcel machines and offices within two business days . The average delivery time for an order is 4–7 business days, depending on the payment and delivery method.

    DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS

    Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. All orders under 50 euros have a fixed delivery cost of 3 euros. Orders over 50 euros are delivered free of charge . We deliver orders to Posti parcel machines and offices throughout Finland. You can track the progress of the package using the tracking code we provide and claim the package using this code. Note! Please provide your phone number when ordering, as the arrival notification will not be sent in paper form.

    Please check the condition of the package immediately upon picking up your order. If the shipment and products have been damaged in transit, please file a damage report with the post office. Then contact us.

    We reserve the right to change shipping costs at a later date.

    EXCHANGE AND RETURN TERMS

    If you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us immediately and tell us what did not meet your expectations. You have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, which is calculated from the time of receipt of the goods. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in the original packaging. Please contact us by email at info@maishop.fi before returning. When returning a delivered order, include your customer number, name and contact information, as well as your account number for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days. Or campaign and sale products. The customer agrees to pay the costs of the return .

    We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return is received and processed.

    UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

    If the customer does not collect their shipment from a Posti office or parcel machine by the time specified in the arrival notification, the shipment will be returned to the sender. In these cases, MaiShop will contact the customer again, with whom a continuation will be agreed. Usually, the options are either a refund of the sales price to the customer, less the costs incurred by the sender for the return, or resending the product, in which case the customer will be charged the costs incurred for the return and new postage costs.

    PROBLEM SITUATIONS

    If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to info@maishop.fi or by mail:

    Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. If the package is damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made to Posti immediately.

    OTHER

    We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must familiarize themselves with the current delivery terms before placing an order.

    MaiShop treats all customer information completely confidentially and undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.

    PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER INFORMATION

    Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the product supplier.
