Principles of register protection
The register is handled with care and the data processed by information systems is protected appropriately. When register data is stored on Internet servers, the physical and digital security of their equipment is appropriately taken care of. We ensure that the stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, are handled confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes it. E-mail traffic is handled via encrypted connections until the message is forwarded to the recipient. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee the recipient's way of handling e-mails or the security of the recipient's servers. We only store user data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes specified above in accordance with the legislation in force at the time. The protection of personal data is of paramount importance to us in order to secure confidential customer relationships. All of our partners are also committed to the requirements of the new data protection regulation.

We will respond to the customer within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
Other rights related to the processing of personal data
Each of our customers has, in accordance with personal data legislation, the right to request that personal data concerning him or her be deleted from the register ("right to be forgotten"). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent to us in writing. If necessary, we may ask the submitter to prove their identity. We will respond to our customers within the time period stipulated in the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
